Here at Aesthetic Vision Center, we take a "whole–you" approach that addresses both your vision and aesthetic needs. Dr. Hugo Higa, a dual–trained ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon, performs medical procedures that improve the quality of vision and cosmetic procedures that enhance appearance.
In our continuing search for the best and most technologically advanced procedures for our patients, in 2008, we are the first in Hawaii to offer the Fraxel re:pair skin rejuvenation laser that specifically addresses facial wrinkles. The Fraxel repair provides dramatic results without prolonged downtime and requires a single treatment!
Furthermore, the Fraxel re:pair is the first and only system that has FDA clearances for wrinkles, fine lines, irregular texture, sun and age spots and sun-induced redness. The appearance of difficult to treat without surgery, deep wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows and around the mouth may be improved with smoother, tighter skin and improved tone and texture.
The client's comfort is important, and Aesthetic Vision Center has the services of an anesthisiaologist in the treatment room for sedation and pain management.
The Fraxel re:store skin rejuvenation laser is also available at Aesthetic Vision Center. This minimally invasive laser may dramatically improve the look and texture of aging skin, with a short recovery time, and great results. The Fraxel Laser works on acne scars, melasma, and age spots, and is especially effective on Asian skin.
