Cosmetic Facial Surgery & Oculoplastics
Dr. Higa is dual–trained as an eye doctor and an oculoplastic surgeon. His surgical skills concentrate on the midface area that includes brows, upper and lower eyelids, cheeks, and nasolabial area around the lips.
To develop the cosmetic side of his practice, Dr. Higa designed a "whole-you" approach that could help patients physically improve their vision, at the same time enhancing their well–being and self–image by working on their physical appearance through cosmetic facial surgery and skin treatments.
The addition of the Fraxel Skin Rejuvenation Laser and medi–spa services round out Dr. Higa's concept by giving patients the tools to improve their skin and to complement medical and/or cosmetic procedures.
Medi–spa was conceived as part of the "whole–you" treatment concept. Spa treatments using physician grade products contribute to the preservation of the delicate facial skin.
